Day 27!

I’m caught up, technically, but because it’s now 11:15p where I am, I won’t be posting today’s art until tomorrow. So I guess y’all get another late-night double feature tomorrow.

Jodariel might be my wife, but Sandra is incredible and I love her to bits. Pyre has such an interesting way of weaving character writing through the story and surprising you with how you expect archetypes to play out, which I suppose makes sense when a lot of the game is about how stories are passed on and how our actions shape the tales our children’s children will tell in the years to come. Sandra’s such a sad, angry, resigned person after so many centuries of imprisonment, and I can’t imagine playing Pyre without keeping her with the Reader, either in the Downside or out of it.

That companionship is what she deserves in the end, I think.
