Hello, world. This is a fan charity drive done in honor of Marisha Ray, inspired by her wonderful Between the Sheets interview. In light of the topic covered, I have chosen RAINN as our charity.
Now, onto the project.

(If you cannot donate because money is tight, I totally get it, please feel free to just start on step two)
Second, make a post of your own where you say what Marisha is a ray of for you, and why. For instance, she is Marisha Ray of Sunshine because of how brightly she shines and the darkness she defeats. Feel free to also share any reasons Marisha and her story are significant to you. In this post, draw a flower if you wish, in honor of Keyleth.
Third, tag this blog in the post and we will reblog it to keep an archive of light and positivity. If you wish, you’re encouraged to cross-post to twitter.com/marisharayof with all of the same info.
Fourth, and this may be the hardest, live your life as she would want you to.

After Marisha’s episode of Between the Sheets, I got a message about the Marisha Ray of Project and wanted to spread the word to my fellow Critters.
Ever since starting CR over a year ago, Marisha has been an inspiration and a source of joy in my life. She has been a ray of pride in oneself and resilience against the troubles of the world. She is a ray of friendship and love and embodies such caring traits. She is a ray of strength, of knowing your worth and not letting anyone knock you down or convince you otherwise. She has given so much of herself to Critical Role, her friends, and the community of Critters and I admire so much about her.
While the people that openly hate on Marisha, Keyleth, and Beau are in the vast minority, some days their voice can seem so loud. If I was in Marisha’s position, I would have broken down from all the hate. I wouldn’t be able to push through that easily. But Marisha has never let that stop her because she knows what she’s worth and she refuses to let these no-life assholes ruin her experience with her family. To quote Marisha, “Don’t steal people’s joy.”. These traits are what I try to embody going into the future.

Spread this around to fellow Critters and we can turn that empathy and sympathy for Marisha into something good for those less fortunate than us. Please don’t forget to love and respect each other. The world already has far too much hate in it.
